Today we had some friends over, and one of them looked at Zavier with his ABA therapist, confused.
Friend: "Is he special needs?"
Me: "Yes, he has autism. That's his ABA therapist."
Friend: "He has autism?"
Me: "Yeah."
Friend: "Oh gosh, I had no idea."
Yay Zavier! Doesn't happen too often, but that was a nice moment.
Zavier was born on May 27, 2004. He was diagnosed with autism in April 2007. This is a blog that follows his journey of recovery and healing.
