Today Zavier did a nice job playing with toys in the tub. He started it off by saying, "how about Dora," and then he'd set Dora out. Then "how about Fox," and then set Fox out. Then he had them interact with one another. For example, he had Dora stuck in the bubbles and Fox came to save her. Pretend play is an important aspect of overcoming autism, so we are really happy to see it.
Happy Thanksgiving! We are spending it with friends from Marshall's squadron. We're bringing salad & salad dressing, baked French rolls, and a Julian apple pie.
